The Georgia Tech Racquetball Club rankings are designed in an effort to track the skill and development of all of the racquetball players at Georgia Tech. However, these rankings are not simply for bragging rights. As soon as the GTRC garners enough interest, it will develop into a full fledged NCAA competition sports team. At that time, the organization will compete in tournaments around the country, and will need the rankings currently used by GTRC.
The rankings will let the administration of the organization know precisely how everyone ranks in comparison with each other. In that manner, an appropriate roster can be compiled which ensures the highest level of success for the team. We intend to help all of the GTRC players reach a high level of play, but we do recognize that some will be better than others.
So, work on developing your racquetball game and working your way up the GTRC rankings. Besides being able to brag about your rank, one day it may allow you to play as a NCAA athlete from Georgia Tech.
